Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods

Because our products are intangible digital assets (Laser Cut Files, SVGs, DXFs, etc.) delivered via Google Drive, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once access has been granted to your email.

2. Exceptions

We may issue a refund at our sole discretion ONLY under the following circumstances:

• A duplicate payment was accidentally made.
• We are completely unable to deliver the files or grant access to your provided email within 48 hours of verified payment.

3. File Issues

If you experience any technical issues with corrupted files or missing categories, please contact us immediately. We will fix the issue or provide alternative download links. File compatibility issues with your specific machine do not qualify for a refund, as software formats (SVG, DXF, CDR) are standard.
